Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) because we build high-grade, heavyweight garments for a specific audience. To ensure your purchase is completely risk-free, we back every prepaid order with our 7-Day Size Exchange Guarantee.

If the fit isn't perfect, we will fix it. If we can't fix it due to stock limitations, you get your money back instantly.

1. The 7-Day Size Exchange Guarantee

  • Timeline: You have exactly 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a size exchange request.

  • Condition: The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The Process: Raise an exchange request via our portal/WhatsApp with your Order ID and the desired new size. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

2. Out-of-Stock Protection & Immediate Refunds

Because our drops are produced in limited, high-GSM runs, your desired exchange size may occasionally be sold out.

  • If your required size is unavailable when your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will not force you to take store credit or wait for a restock.

  • We will immediately initiate a 100% Full Refund back to your original mode of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).

  • Gateway Timeline: Once initiated by us, the funds will reflect in your account within 24 to 48 hours, depending entirely on your bank’s routing speed.

3. What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Items requested for exchange after the 7-day window has closed.

  • Garments showing visible signs of wear, perfume scents, body odor, washing, or missing original branding tags.

  • Products purchased during specific "Final Clearance" or explicit vault sales (unless defective).
