2. Delivery Timelines

  • Fulfillment Window: All orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of successful payment confirmation.

  • Express Shipping (UPI Orders): Delivered within 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch across all major Tier-1 and Tier-2 metros.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch for regional locations and Tier-3 pincodes.

We partner with India's leading surface and air logistics networks (including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Shiprocket) to ensure reliable transit.

  • The exact moment your shipping label is generated, an automated tracking link will be sent directly to your registered Email.

  • You can track the live movement of your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep in real-time.

4. Delivery Exceptions & Address Integrity

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you are unavailable, the package will be returned to our fulfillment hub. Re-shipping fees may apply if the return is due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

  • Address Modifications: If you need to update your shipping address, you must notify our team via WhatsApp/Email within 4 hours of placing your order. Once a tracking ID is generated, no modifications can be made.
